President
Rolando Nigaglioni is the President at RN Engineering, Inspection & Construction. He holds multiple certifications and licenses including Florida Licensed Professional Engineer, Certified General Contractor, Certified Roofing Contractor, Certified Plumbing Contractor, Home Inspector, Mold Assessor, and Mold Remediator. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a Structural Engineering Emphasis from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico, San Juan (1999), a Master of Engineering Management with a Construction Management Specialization (2006), and a Doctor of Business Administration Degree with a Project Management Specialization from Northcentral/National University, San Diego, CA (2016). His extensive background in engineering, construction, and project management equips him with a robust understanding of building codes and construction practices.
Mr. Nigaglioni’s professional expertise encompasses forensic building evaluations, structural engineering design, roofing consultancy, and building envelope consulting services. He has substantial experience in contract negotiation, planning, design, and construction. His project portfolio includes single-family homes, multi-family units, commercial spaces, retail centers, medical facilities, hotels, assembly venues, industrial complexes, and emergency services facilities. He has worked with a diverse range of clients including public agencies, private enterprises, construction firms, and architectural practices, on projects ranging from 30,000 residential renovations to a 200 million wastewater treatment plant expansion. His structural design experience spans wood (light frame and timber), light gauge steel, structural steel, masonry, and reinforced concrete. Beyond structural design, Rolando has contributed to the civil engineering field through the design of wastewater treatment facilities, site plans for commercial and residential developments, stormwater management systems, and water distribution and wastewater collection plans. In the domain of building enclosures, he has served as the engineer of record on numerous roofing and concrete repair projects.
Project Manager
Patrick Wani is a visionary leader shaping the skylines and communities across Florida. With over 20 years of experience in the dynamic construction industry, he has cultivated a reputation for excellence, innovation, and unwavering commitment to quality.
From a young age, he was drawn to the tangible impact of building, envisioning the transformation of blueprints into enduring structures. This passion, coupled with an innate entrepreneurial spirit, led him to RN Engineering, Inspection and Construction in 2018, headquartered in Coral Springs, FL.
Under his astute leadership, RN has grown from providing recertification inspection to remediation of the issues identified in the certification and into a highly respected firm specializing in roofing, concrete restoration and overall commercial construction. He has successfully navigated Florida’s unique construction landscape, embracing advancements in sustainable building practices, climate-resilient designs, and smart building technologies to deliver projects that are not only aesthetically impressive but also future-proof. Patrick is known for fostering strong client relationships, a meticulous attention to detail, a commitment to workforce development, and innovative problem-solving. He firmly believes in building with integrity, and prioritizing safety, a philosophy that permeates every aspect of RN’s operations.
Beyond the hard hats and blueprints, Patrick is a dedicated advocate for the growth and advancement of Florida’s construction sector. He continues to drive RN forward, building not just structures, but a legacy of quality, trust, and a brighter future for the Sunshine State.
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Steve Churchill is a versatile entrepreneur with a dynamic career spanning construction and technology. A proud graduate of Purdue University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Steve began his professional journey in the construction industry, applying his expertise to manage complex projects with precision and efficiency.
In his early career, Steve founded PreferredPartner, an IBM Business Partner, software reseller specializing in partnering with other Business Partners to sell IBM software. Under his leadership, the company achieved significant growth, establishing a strong presence in the tech sector and earning recognition for its user-centric design and operational excellence. His ability to blend technical expertise with strategic business insight led to a successful exit, solidifying his reputation as a visionary leader.
Returning to his roots, Steve re-entered the construction industry in Florida, where he now leads RH Engineering, Inspection & Construction. He integrates his construction management knowledge with insights from the tech world to drive innovation in eco-friendly building practices and efficient project delivery. Steve continues to shape Florida’s construction landscape while mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs in both industries.
Kat Churchill (HR Director)
Kat Churchill is an accomplished HR Director with extensive expertise in human resources, business development, recruiting, and paralegal services.
With a robust professional background, Kat drives organizational success by overseeing human resources operations and facilitating effective communication between property managers, engineering inspection teams, and construction management professionals.
Her strategic leadership and commitment to operational excellence ensure seamless collaboration and client satisfaction.

Ariana Mosquera (Office Manager)
Ariana Mosquera is an accomplished Office Manager with over seven years of experience in the construction industry,
demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Adept at optimizing office operations, leading administrative teams, and collaborating with project managers to ensure seamless execution of daily business activities.

Theron Simmons, Esq.(of counsel)
Mr. Simmons has been a respected member of the Florida legal community since 2004. He holds a Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University School of Law (2003) and an LL.M. in Securities and Financial Regulations from Georgetown University School of Law.
Board Certified in City, County, and Local Government Law, Mr. Simmons has represented diverse clients including municipal governments and specialized taxing districts.
With two decades of experience, Mr. Simmons excels in guiding clients through legal complexities, offering strategic, pragmatic advice focused on efficient dispute resolution. In addition to government law, he also provides legal representation in business law—including corporations—as well as labor and employment law.
